Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is to provide the utmost quality and strive for a complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and verified by us. Please read the description and Features of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our product, clients have the liberty to cancel/return their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations (before shipment is dispatched) please contact the us via telephone numbers provided on the website. 

Requests received after shipment is dispatched cannot be treated as cancellation.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create complete customer satisfaction.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund provided the return shipment cost is bared by the customer and the return shipment is initiated within 48hrs of receiving the product (submission of the courier tracking slip has to be sent to us via email/WhatsApp within 48 hours). 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, debit card, UPI payments, name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Note the refund will be the amount you paid for purchasing the product minus the shipping cost we paid in dispatching the goods. Only the product cost will be reimbursed. 

If the product we receive as a return is damaged then NO REFUND will be given. 

No SALE products will be eligible for returns.
